Glad to hear you are feeling better. As someone who teaches media courses, I know there is growing evidence that being connected so much is increasing anxiety as there is no break from the incredible about of info with which we are bombarded. We need to take time to disconnect.
Thanks, Steve. Cutting back on some of what I was doing including blogging seems to have helped quite a bit.
I do hope you continue with some of it (i.e. Smooth Sailing podcast and this one). But you health and family comes first.
